Where do you ship?

We ship free to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is rolling out market by market — check the options at checkout for your region.

How long does shipping take?

What's covered under warranty?

Our optics carry a lifetime field warranty — if a binocular, spotting scope, or monocular fails under normal use, we repair it free for as long as you own it. Electronics (flashlight, headlamp, trail camera) carry a multi-year warranty. See our warranty page for the full terms.

Do you really repair gear instead of replacing it?

Yes. We stock parts for the long haul and would rather fix a tool twice than sell you a replacement. Email support@outgear-official.com with your order number and a photo or description of the issue and we'll arrange a repair.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check status any time on our Track Order page.

How is OutGear gear tested?

Every product runs a full season in the hands of guides, SAR teams, and our own team before it goes on the site. If it doesn't survive what we throw at it, you don't see it.
