Using your tracking link
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. Open that shipping confirmation email and click Track your order to see the latest delivery status straight from the carrier.
Can't find the email?
Check your spam or promotions folder first — shipping notifications sometimes land there. Most orders process within 1–3 business days, so if you ordered very recently your tracking may not be live yet. See our Shipping Policy for processing and transit times.
Still need help?
If you can't locate your tracking email or your tracking hasn't updated, email us at support@outgear-official.com with your order number and we'll track it down for you. We reply within one business day.
