We build gear to be owned, not thrown away. That's why every OutGear product is backed by a warranty meant to keep your tool in the field for the long haul. We stock parts for years, repair where we can, and would rather fix a tool twice than sell you a replacement.
Lifetime field warranty on optics
Our optics — OpticEdge binoculars, EagleScope spotting scopes, and MonoVision X monoculars — carry a lifetime field warranty. If they fail under normal use because of a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair them free for as long as you own them. No registration card, no original-owner-only fine print.
Multi-year warranty on electronics
Our electronics — the LiteForce flashlight, BrightLite headlamp, and WildPro trail camera — are covered by a multi-year warranty against defects in material or workmanship under normal use. During the warranty period we will repair or replace the product, or the defective parts, at no charge.
What's covered
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance. During the warranty period we will, at no charge, repair or replace products or parts that prove defective. A repaired or replaced product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original.
What's not covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modification or repair, or ordinary cosmetic wear and tear. Consumable items such as batteries are covered only against defects, not normal depletion.
How to make a claim
To start a warranty claim, contact us at support@outgear-official.com with your order number and a short description (a photo helps). We reply within one business day and will arrange a free repair or, where a repair isn't possible, a replacement. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.
